Write to info@mcc-global.io. Registration, an entry that needs fixing, a pitch owner application, a data or erasure request, or a question about the Conditions: all of it reaches the same mailbox and gets routed from there.

How long a reply takes
Within five working days. Requests about your own data are answered inside a month, which is what the law allows us, and normally in the same five days.
What to include
The entry number printed on your ticket, and the email address the entry was filed under. Those two facts are what lets us find the entry. With no entry, give the email address of your MCC account.
Write from that same address where you can. A request to change or erase data that arrives from a different address takes longer, because we have to establish that it is yours.
What we cannot do by email
Approve an entry or take a payment. Approval is the organizers' review and the license fee is only charged after approval. Moving a team to another pitch is the organizers' call: write with the entry number.
