Run an MCC venue
Every MCC pitch is run by an independent Pitch Owner, and MCC hires the venue at an agreed hourly or daily rate. The booking is 200 planned hours for the upcoming MCC, a further 200 for Juniors & Queens and 200 for MCC Elite: 600 hours a year, 1,800 over a three-year agreement, paid in advance in stages. An approved venue hosts 64 to 128 teams and runs check-in and results from the MCC app.
Team licence income is separate from the venue hire: MCC pays your venue the agreed rate for the booked hours, whatever the number of licensed teams.
What an owner takes on
- A five-a-side pitch to the MCC spec, available for the booked hours: the Pitch Round from April to 9 May 2027, then Juniors & Queens indoors from 1 October to 15 December.
- Floodlights and changing rooms where the venue has them; the facts you give here are shown to players.
- Match-day operations from the MCC app: check-in, team sheets, results, and the verification of every player, coach and Team President before they play.
- Medical, ambulance, security and event support to the MCC standard. MCC pays the agreed rates for them in advance.
- The Pitch Owner Agreement, signed after approval, records the booked dates, the rates, the payment schedule and the services. We walk you through it.
