Host a tournament in Atlanta
MCC is seeking one operator per Atlanta ground, in North Metro, East Metro and South Metro. The chosen site runs up to 128 amateur teams through a Pitch Round that lasts from 9 April until 9 May 2027; MCC provides the format, fixtures, entries and the $20,000 Pitch Champion prize. Anyone with soccer fields, turf or indoor courts around metro Atlanta can read here what a ground asks of a site.
What an Atlanta venue provides
Pitch time is what an Atlanta venue gives: three April weekends of group matches, playoffs after that, and the final on 9 May. Matches are 40 minutes each, and a ground takes between 64 and 128 teams. MCC supplies the format and the entries, and the venue hosts every fixture on the calendar.
Where in metro Atlanta the grounds sit
North Metro takes in the Perimeter, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta and Marietta; East Metro, Decatur, Stone Mountain and Gwinnett County; South Metro, College Park, Fayetteville and Peachtree City. An operator applies for the ground its site falls in, and the Atlanta page's live cards show which of them have no venue yet.
Applying from Atlanta
Begin with the pitch owner application. MCC settles on one venue for each ground and signs an agreement. After that the Atlanta page carries the venue's name, and the live cards beside it show which of the three grounds are still waiting.
Questions from Atlanta venues
What are the fixture dates for an Atlanta venue?
Group matches are on three April weekends from 9 April 2027, with playoffs from 30 April and the ground's final on 9 May. Each match gets a 40-minute slot, so the dates alone set the venue's calendar.
Is a site inside the Perimeter preferred?
No. The three grounds cover the whole metro area, so a site in Lawrenceville or Peachtree City fits its ground as well as one in Decatur. Teams generally choose the closest.
What does MCC supply to an Atlanta venue?
Teams register on this site, and referees and crew come through the join page. A venue gives pitches and hours on the fixture dates; it does not appoint officials or bring in the teams.
