Host a tournament in Dallas-Fort Worth
Three venues will be confirmed across the metroplex, one each for the Plano/North Dallas, Arlington/Central and Fort Worth/West grounds. Hosting a ground means running a complete tournament for 64 to 128 amateur teams inside the window from 9 April to 9 May 2027, while MCC provides the format, entries and prize fund. Soccer complexes, indoor arenas and turf fields in North Texas can apply.
What a North Texas venue commits to
Groups of four play on three April weekends, playoffs start on 30 April and the final is on 9 May. The North Texas venue stages each match in a 40-minute slot on those fixture dates. The scale depends on entries, because a ground can hold anywhere from 64 to 128 teams. Indoor and outdoor pitches both suit the format.
Where a venue fits the three grounds
Plano/North Dallas suits sites in Plano, Richardson, Frisco and Addison. Arlington/Central suits venues in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving and Dallas itself. Fort Worth/West suits fields in Fort Worth, Benbrook and the western suburbs. A venue applies for the area it serves, and one is confirmed per ground.
Applying through the pitch owner programme
Pitch owners apply through the MCC programme. For each of the three grounds MCC confirms a single venue and signs an agreement with it, after which teams registering for the ground find that venue named on the Dallas-Fort Worth page.
Questions from North Texas venues
Can a club complex that also runs youth soccer host?
Yes, any pitch owner can apply, and a club complex is a natural candidate. The venue MCC confirms for a ground signs an agreement and stages the matches in 40-minute slots on the fixture dates.
My site is in Irving. Which ground does it fit?
Irving sits in the middle of the metroplex and fits Arlington/Central. An Irving operator applies as a pitch owner, and MCC confirms which venue hosts each ground, naming it on the city page.
Who handles officials and crew for a ground?
All of that is MCC's job. Match officials and crew come through the join page and teams never choose them. Entries arrive via the city page. Venues host the matches and need not find teams or officials.
